Xynapse IDE 1.108.0
Xynapse IDE 1.108.0
A Windows x64 IDE built on Code OSS 1.108.0 and Electron 39.8.10, with
Xynapse Assistant 1.0.0 and the BVC 0.1.0 planning core included.
Installation
XynapseSetup-x64-1.108.0.exeβ installs for the current user.Xynapse-portable-win32-x64-1.108.0.zipβ extract into a new folder and runXynapse.exe.
The portable archive includes an empty data directory. Configure your model
provider and credentials after launch. Windows executables are not signed
with an Authenticode certificate.
Verification
Installation, uninstallation, and activation of the built-in Assistant were
verified. All 405 extension files match the pinned VSIX. The packager prevents
an older cached extension from replacing it. TypeScript, targeted ESLint,
and 131 build-script tests passed. Source and artifact scans found no
matches for known local credentials or secret patterns.
See RELEASE-VERIFICATION.md for detailed results and limitations, and
SHA256SUMS.txt for checksums. Earlier broad test runs are dated separately:
Firefox has three failures involving the ordering of localized names, and
there is no completed WebKit result. GitHub updates are not counted as
verified by the User Setup test run under an administrator account.
The IDE already includes the extension. To install it in another compatible
editor, use the separate Xynapse Assistant release.

BVC n8n workflow template v0.1.0
BVC n8n workflow template v0.1.0 β corrected canvas
An importable n8n template for discussing a GitHub issue with four independent AI roles and producing a human-reviewed bug-fix proposal. It reads only the selected issue and files at one fixed Git SHA. It never edits GitHub, creates a PR, comments, applies a patch, or claims that a patch was verified.
The Use BVC checkbox uses Xynapse BVC SDK 0.1.1 at da7e78fb3fe82fd81572545f2af45e896c39cb12 to decide whether a single extra critique round is worth four calls. When unchecked, the exact SDK fixed baseline is used. A run has five or nine counted model attempts and one synthesis slot is reserved.
Assets:
n8n-bvc-v0.1.0.zipβ source, tests, evidence and canonical import.workflow.jsonβ readable file to import into n8n.workflow.portal.jsonβ byte-reduced equivalent prepared for Creator Portal uploads; the portal previously rejected the readable file because of its request-size limit.
This asset revision addresses the seven canvas-layout requests from the n8n Creator team. Nodes are aligned and grouped by phase, text remains readable, and long connections run outside request rows. The executable graph and SDK behavior are unchanged. Native screenshots and a canvas-inspection video are included.
Validation repeated for this revision: 88 project tests + 44 unchanged SDK tests PASS, 670 saved-input replay comparisons PASS, and two fresh native n8n 2.37.10 runs PASS for the short and critique paths (5 and 9 calls). All seven presentation requirements passed local native review. The archive also retains the earlier 33 canonical native runs, three other portal cases, concurrency/cancellation checks and real Yandex form evidence, explicitly marked historical by artifact hash. See TEST_RESULTS.md.
Provider configuration supports Yandex, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq, Mistral, xAI, Together and one trusted OpenAI-compatible API. Only Yandex was tested with a paid live account. No savings, plan quality, Cloud compatibility or correctness claim is made.
Creator Portal status: the corrected JSON upload was rejected. Saving the required description moved submission 19339 to Under review with the previous workflow; the portal then refused replacement uploads. The corrected JSON is available in these GitHub assets but is not yet stored in the portal. See submission/PORTAL_RESUBMISSION.md. No n8n approval or catalog publication is claimed.
Xynapse Assistant 1.0.1 Β· BVC 0.1.1
Xynapse Assistant 1.0.1 updates the standalone Windows x64 extension and includes BVC SDK 0.1.1.
Changes
- Improved Yandex Cloud onboarding, model routing, secret-reference resolution and diagnostic privacy.
- Native reasoning history and tool-result continuation for DeepSeek-compatible models.
- BVC completion validation, dependency security updates, corrected minification and complete bundled licenses.
- Updated native sources and repaired test isolation and E2E fixtures.
Install
Download xynapse-assistant-1.0.1-win32-x64.vsix, use Extensions β Install from VSIX, and reload the editor. Requires Windows x64 and VS Code API 1.108 or newer. Provider usage is billed by your chosen provider.
The IDE 1.108.0 installer and portable archive still include Assistant 1.0.0: install this VSIX to update the extension. They are not replaced by this release. Unpublished local builds numbered 1.0.2β1.0.4 must also be replaced explicitly with this VSIX.
Verification and limits
Core, GUI, extension, SDK and runtime suites passed; native host checks exercised activation, file-tool execution and response continuation against a local synthetic provider. Full Selenium GUI qualification remains incomplete. One parallel runtime test run crashed; the final complete serial run passed. Windows executables are unsigned, and other OS/remote hosts are unqualified. See RELEASE-VERIFICATION.md for exact counts and remaining dependency advisories. These checks do not establish paid-model quality or spending limits.
Use SHA256SUMS.txt to verify downloads. RELEASE-MANIFEST.json identifies the exact source commit and payload hashes. The SDK and complete native runtime source are attached separately.
Xynapse Assistant 1.0.0 Β· BVC 0.1.0
Xynapse Assistant 1.0.0 Β· BVC 0.1.0
A standalone extension for compatible VS Code editors on Windows x64.
The VSIX includes Assistant and the BVC 0.1.0 planning core; the extension
version in its manifest is 1.0.0.
Installation and usage
- Download
xynapse-assistant-bvc-0.1.0-win32-x64.vsix. - In your editor, choose Extensions β Install from VSIX and reload the window.
- Configure your model provider and credentials in Assistant.
- Attach relevant files or select code, then run
/bvc easy,/bvc medium,
or/bvc hardfollowed by your task description.
BVC collects independent role proposals, preserves objections, and produces
bvc-plan.md. When discussion logging is enabled, bvc-discussion.md includes
the discussion and a table of model calls. The plan still requires implementation
and executable tests; model agreement does not establish code correctness.
Model usage is billed by your selected provider.
Build verification
Passed: 43 core tests, 59 provider/policy/integration tests, and one Jest test
with 24 metrics assertions. TypeScript, targeted ESLint, and GUI and extension
builds were checked. No new benchmark run on paid models was performed.
Scanning the unpacked VSIX found no matches for known local credentials or
secret patterns.

The complete Xynapse IDE already includes this extension.
