Taglist Maven Plugin 3.3.0 raises the minimum Maven version to 3.9.0. The report itself is unchanged; the rest of the release is build, test and documentation upkeep.

✨ Highlights

• Requires Maven 3.9.0 or newer (3.10 recommended), up from 3.6.3. Java 8 is still enough. Builds on Maven 3.6.3 to 3.8.x should stay on 3.2.3.
• No change to the report or its configuration. Tags, counting and output are the same as in 3.2.3, so upgrading needs no POM change beyond the version.
• Documentation. The site pages moved from APT to Markdown.
