What happens when AI can work with the knowledge that makes your business yours? That’s the conversation coming to BoxWorks on November 5, and we’re bringing together an incredible lineup to explore it. Join Aaron Levie, NVIDIA Founder and CEO Jensen Huang, and Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan for conversations about the future of AI in the enterprise, alongside Box leaders Ben Kus, Olivia Nottebohm, and Diego Dugatkin. As agents take on more responsibility, the decisions get bigger: how to give them context from your contracts, plans, and policies; how to control what they can access; and how to redesign workflows so their work translates into something useful for your teams and customers. Across our keynotes, we’ll connect those questions to the technology, product experiences, and organizational changes that make progress possible. Expect product reveals, demos, and perspectives to help you think through your own next steps. Join us in San Francisco or tune in virtually. Get a front-row seat to what’s next for content + AI, and fresh ideas for putting it to work.

In a fast-changing cybersecurity landscape, protecting unstructured data takes clear guardrails around the content teams rely on. Box Shield helps put those guardrails in place with deep malware scanning, AI-powered auto-classification and smart access controls, and anomalous behavior detection to help accelerate threat remediation. Built to work with the flow of content, Box Shield helps teams collaborate across organizations while protecting critical information.

  • Legal shouldn’t have to chase the facts before it can apply its judgment. The opportunity is in Salesforce. The agreements are in Ironclad and Docusign. The supporting documents are in Box. ChatGPT Work brings that context together, helping in-house teams work through deals, renewals, and approvals with a fuller picture. Join Mary O'Carroll, Stacey Wang, Craig Bruney, and Richard Segal for Connected Intelligence for In-House Legal to see practical workflows in action—and leave with one to test with your team. We're proud to be featured in OpenAI’s Decisions API launch. With Box Extract and the Decisions API, we classify business documents and route them to the right next step. In our evaluation, the Decisions API delivered ~5x faster route selection on certificate of insurance cases, with the same accuracy as the Responses API. Routine work automated, lower-confidence cases sent to reviewers.

Add near real-time decisions to your workflow with the Decisions API, now generally available.  Decisions API can help your apps and agents classify text and images, route requests, and choose its next action without waiting for a full model response. Since the beta, we’ve added new capabilities to the  Decisions API so you can now use: 🎙️ Native GPT-Live integration so voice apps can react as people speak. 💾 Prompt caching to help lower costs when reusing  context. 🧩 Native JSON inputs so you can pass structured app data directly. 🖼️ Images in individual question instructions so you can compare multiple images against a shared reference. 🔢 Up to 400 questions per request so you can make twice as many decisions in a single call https://lnkd.in/etd8vrDa

Building with Box just got easier inside AWS Kiro. Box and Amazon Web Services (AWS) are bringing Box Agent Skills to Kiro through compatibility with Kiro Powers. These open-source skills give Kiro the Box-specific knowledge developers need to build integrations, implement content workflows, configure webhooks, and work with Box AI. Developers can also connect the Box MCP server in Kiro CLI to bring live, permission-aware Box content directly into their workflow. Box remains the governed source of truth throughout. The Box MCP server does not expand the developer’s access: existing Box permissions and administrative controls continue to apply.

We’re proud to be a Google Cloud launch partner as they expand their platform to include OpenAI models with enterprise security and governance built in. Every enterprise is different, and we hear it more and more from customers who want greater model choice, especially those with strict requirements around their data and content. This is a step toward giving the Box Agent users more flexibility while maintaining the security and governance they depend on.

OpenAI models are coming to Google Cloud. We're partnering with Google Cloud to bring OpenAI's frontier models and Codex agentic workflows into Google Cloud's model garden, giving enterprises access to our technology in the environment where they already build. Teams will be able to modernize software development and build agentic workflows with Google Cloud's built-in access controls, data governance, and infrastructure. Customers will also be able to purchase OpenAI models through Google Cloud Marketplace and apply existing Google Cloud spend commitments, giving them more flexibility in how they adopt frontier AI. General availability is planned in the coming weeks. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/etZTxJrq

The Box MCP connector is now generally available in Harvey's Connector Library. Legal teams can search files, query documents, extract metadata, and create content in Box directly from Harvey, without switching systems or manually gathering context for research, drafting, diligence, and compliance workflows. The connector grounds Harvey's legal reasoning in authoritative Box content, whether that's contracts, case materials, or institutional knowledge, while keeping a single source of truth across the firm. Existing Box permissions, security controls, and access policies are enforced throughout, so firms can adopt AI-powered legal workflows without compromising confidentiality or compliance. Agent swarms are only as good as the systems governing them. Aaron Levie joined CNBC to discuss why enterprise ROI from agent swarms depends on the infrastructure underneath them, and why systems of record will grow in importance as agents take on more complex work. “The systems of record that agents have access to will grow in importance, because you will want to make sure that those systems are governing the rules of the road for these agent swarms to operate in.”
