電気は工場の働き方を変え、

それでも人間の役割は消えず、
むしろ新しい形へと変化してきました。
その理由は、

根本的に異なるからです。
機械やコンピューターは
膨大な情報を処理し、
既存の仕組みを効率化することに優れています。
これは
既に存在する仕組みを改良し続ける
最適型戦略と言えるでしょう。
一方、人間の強みは別のところにあります。
人間は未知の問題を発見し、
新しい価値を生み出し、
まだ存在しない領域を切り拓くことができます。
