連休がそこまで嬉しくならなくなったのはいつからだろう。

ふとベランダに取り込み忘れていたズボンが干してあることに気がつく。
取りに行こうとベランダに出た時、ふと夜空を見上げた。
都会から星は見えづらい。
「綺麗な星、見たいなあ」と思うことも少なくなってしまった。

たまたまだが、その店は大学の頃の思い出が詰まった街にあった。

終わった後、ふと散歩したくなって、ブラブラ歩いた。
この街には歩道にズラリと木が並んでおり、冬になるとライトアップされるのを思い出した。
張り紙を見ると、今年は11/1から12/25まで点灯するらしい。

地元っていいなと思う。
30歳を超えるとこんな心境になるんだなとも思う。

今日は、実家近くの神社の祭りへ娘と行った。
入口の出店で、娘にわたあめをせがまれる。
ふと隣のくじ引き屋が目に入り、自分の少年時代を思い出した。
当時、この神社のお祭りに祖母と2人で来て、自分はくじ引きで5等だったのに1等の商品を取ろうとした。
普段優しい祖母は、その時めちゃくちゃ怒ってくれた。

妻から頼まれた買い出しをしに、そのスーパーへ1人で行くのが、週末の定番になっている。
意外と好きな時間だ。
毎回、行きも帰りもチャリのルートを少しだけ変えて、
こことここの道が繋がってるのか！
ここにこんな店ができてたのか！
など発見するのがちょっとした楽しみだったりもする。

今日の買い物帰りは思いきって遠回りをしてみた。
すると、飲み屋街に出た。
ここら辺で、社会人なりたての頃、帰る方向が同じだった会社の先輩に 夜通し飲みに連れていってもらった記憶がある。

ふと、その夜に出会った1人の女性の言葉を思い出した。
「地元でママと小料理店を出すのが夢なんだー」

旅行など特別な計画は立てず、自宅で過ごした5日間。
天気も悪かったため、丸一日おうちデーも多かった。
やんちゃ盛りな3歳の娘の相手×5日間は、
30代半ばにとってなかなかのハードワークだった。

今日の21時。連休最後の娘の寝かしつけが終わった。
自分にお疲れさまのご褒美として、一人リビングでカップラーメンを食べた。
30代半ばにとって、深夜のカップラーメンはなかなか腹にズシッときた。
食べ切るのもひと苦労で、ご褒美のはずだったのに、それはそれで悲しくなった。
10代の頃はこんなのペロッと食べれてたのに。
