🌠This is about my YouTube channel—specifically, my weird videos and playlists.
A small, strange flower blooming quietly on the asphalt in the back alleys of the glittering YouTube city.
12.9% Japanese, 100% aged 65 or older, 92% male, 7% female. It lives on as a “crazy flower” known only to those in the know. 🌠
This playlist compiles an overwhelming total of “165 videos”—a true culmination of my remote qigong work.
I’ve created a space where you can fully release and continuously experience the energy healing I’ve built up over 19 years.
When you want to release tension in your mind and body at its root, or to purify the air in your room while you sleep, please surrender yourself to these vibrations to your heart’s content.

🛜 🌿 A Message to Readers
This playlist contains 165 remote qigong videos.
What’s more, each one is about 60 minutes long.
In other words, that’s over 100 hours of “remote qigong time.”
However, I might need to explain something here.
What I do is basically the same every time.
I regulate my breathing, relax my body, and quietly practice qigong.
I repeat this over and over again.
“The same thing 165 times?”
You might be thinking that (laughs).
But I believe that even when I do the same thing, the energy isn’t exactly the same every time.
Take the weather, for example.
Some days are sunny, and some are rainy.
Some days are windy, and some are calm.
Even though the sky is the same, it’s slightly different every day.
People are the same.
Even though yesterday’s self and today’s self are the same person, the way we feel tired, our mood, and our physical condition are all different.
That’s why I believe that even though remote qigong may look the same, what flows through it is different every time.
The 165 videos aren’t just a large collection of the same thing.
They are the accumulation of “moments that seem the same but aren’t” that I’ve repeated over the past 19 years.
So, you don’t need to watch all 165 videos.
Just pick one based on how you feel that day.
“This one feels right today.”
That’s all it takes.
And if it doesn’t feel right, move on to another one.
On nights when you just can’t seem to fall asleep.
When your mind is racing.
When you want to let your body relax.
When you just want to spend some quiet time.
Try finding the one that suits you best from among these approximately 60-minute videos.
Among these 165 videos that may all look the same,
there might be one that’s just right for you today.
I call them “The 165 Videos of Madness” (laughs).
But perhaps the essence of that madness
is like having gazed at the sky—which changes just a little bit every day—for 19 years. 🌿
