こころが満たされないとき、いつも空を見ていた。
夕暮れの、団地の3階から見える空。
母の帰りを待ちながら。
灰色のガラスを通して見える
ゆらゆら揺れるバナナの木々と灰色の空。
こんなはずじゃなかったと。
たくさんの凧が躍る、晴れ渡った空。
何故か虚しい。
自分以外の何かを探していた。
今ここから見える、雲一つない大きな大きな青い空。
先月枝を切られたお向かいのマンゴーの木。
枝の先からはまた新しい葉が茂りだした。
どの空も、同じ空のはずなのに、
今日見た空は信じられないくらい青く美しく。
こんなに穏やかな、満たされた気持ちで、
眺めることができるとは。
悲しくもないのに涙が流れ、
可笑しくもないのに笑いがこみ上げる。
わたしの満たされなかった長い日々は、
大切な、大切な愛しい時間に変化する。
