【Ingredients】

・About 300g yogurt (each)
・1 tbsp shio-koji (each)
【Instructions】
① Prepare a strainer for draining
Line it with kitchen paper
② Mix yogurt and shio-koji
③ Pour into the strainer
④ Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate
(First draining)
⑤ After 3 hours, replace with fresh kitchen paper
