Remove dead bookadded flash message code - #13336

The message_addbook.html template was copied into the repo during the templates migration and never wired up — nothing renders or includes it. Remove the template along with the .bookadded CSS rules in flash-messages.css and the stale legacy.css comment. Removes the unused message_addbook.html template and its .bookadded CSS rules. The template was copied from the website in 2011, never wired up, and the class never appeared on any element.
