#21  Arthur May Knapp very truly says:  "In Hebrew literature it is often difficult to tell whether the writer is speaking of God or of the Commonwealth ;  of Heaven or of Jerusalem; of the Messiah or of the Nation itself."

私の訳：アーサー・メイ・クナップはまったく本当のことを言っている。ヘブル文学において著者はどちらのことを言っているのか見分ける事はしばしば難しい事がある。つまり、神の事か国家のことか、天かエルサレムか、救い主のことか、国民のことか。
