    LRT(Light Rail Transit:
I wonder if LRT(Light Rail Transit) will lead to decarbonization. It will reduce the number of cars.

Plus, LRT runs on electricity, which is Cover the whole roof of LRT with perovskite solar cells.Station,too. And it's domestically produced. The Takauchi Cabinet also recommends it.It doesn't use gasoline.

There are also glass-type perovskite solar cells.

Even though it's in Tokyo (Even if Tokyo makes it), people from all over the country can ride it.

Also, it's wheelchair friendly. This is JR West though.

    It's also barrier-free.

    It's good for strollers too.

Reduce the number of cars - "H", generate electricity - "T".
And store electricity - "T", then it's HTT!

Besides, there are probably no bears around here, judging from Tokyo-ku- Map.

    Trams are better than cars!

Ah, by the way, it’s catenary-free. (This one and this one too.)
I heard it charges at the station (this one too).

Also, what should we name it?
    'Musashino Light Rail,'
    'Mitaka Tram,'
    'Tokyo LRT,'
    or is there something else?

    Surely,

    The town's really growing!

No, we have to build it. The city. At the LRT station.

    ...I think that's amazing.

The LRT runs from Musashi-Seki to Fuda, passing through Mitaka Station.

    Oh, there's this too.

And there's this too. It's wheelchair-friendly. Isn't this a win-win situation? For the elderly, for the LRT operators, and for strollers too.

Attach this to the front or back of every station, and create a space without seats at the front or back of each train car. In other words, all cars should be wheelchair accessible. Stroller accessible. Something like that.

...Actually, if all three cities and one ward allow roads exclusively for LRT (sections shared with road traffic), then if Musashino City builds a moving walkway from JR Mitaka Station to LRT Mitaka Station, even if only on one side (from JR to LRT), then lay the rails, build the stations, and have trains (with charging capabilities) come, that'll be fine! Oh, Chofu City and Nerima Ward will need to make a turnaround point...

Perhaps the town requires time? With roads and shops accessible to wheelchairs.

    "LRT-only road (section with car)"

This is it. All three cities and one district. That's it. But cars aren't excluded. But the main focus is LRT.

    The LRT-only road (a road-share section) connects
Nerima Ward (Musashi-Seki Station, Sekimachi 4-chome),
Musashino City (Musashino City Hall/stadium/Seikei University, Musashino Central),
    (LRT Mitaka staistion)
Mitaka City (in front of Mitaka Hachiman Shrine, Mitaka City Hall, and Kyorin University Hospital),
and Chofu City (Jindaiji and Fuda Station).

For example, there are two metropolitan high schools and one university here.

    There is a large hospital.
    There is Jindaiji Temple.
    There is a 400M truck.
There are Don Quijote-related stores and a fresh food market.

    There is a shrine.

    ...What do you think? Right?
    Three cities and one district...

So, what happens next...,Metropolitan area ? Public ?

What do you think of this combination of "perovskite solar cells x battery storage x fully flat entry/exit"? I believe it's a wonderful concept that fulfills all three major themes that Tokyo aims for: "environment," "disaster prevention," and "welfare (inclusiveness)."
