【A New Textbook on the Structure of Bullying】Where do perpetrators learn how to bully?

Bullying is often insidious, cruel, and malicious. Every time a video of the abuse is posted online, it's correct to say, "Bullying is too mild; this is a crime." It's almost like Israel 🇮🇱 hiding the Gaza 🇵🇸 genocide 💀. So, "where do they learn these insidious techniques for inflicting harm that leave no evidence?"

Volume 3 will reveal "where perpetrators learn these insidious techniques for inflicting harm that leave no evidence." Furthermore, in Japanese society, a system has been established where such perpetrators can rise through the ranks to become company executives and top executives in organizations.

Volume 4 focuses on crimes committed by men against women, revealing that sexual assault, molestation, stalking, femicide, and other sexual offenses are actually "organized, planned crimes," drawing on the latest research findings from the UK 🇬🇧.

Volume.3  A New Textbook on the Structure of Bullying

〜"Taiiku-kai-kei": The Cancerous Root of Japanese Fascism〜

    ■ “Where do perpetrators learn their methods?” – The truth about the “perpetrator training facility” you never knew

“Sports club experience (Taikukai-kei) welcome” – haven’t you seen that phrase in job listings and just passed by without questioning it? In fact, this is a “dangerous sign of fascism” that exists almost exclusively in Japan.

    ■ “Sports club = youth” – it wasn’t that at all

When people hear “sports club extracurricular activities,” many think of words like “youth,” “friendship,” “guts (konjo),” and “growth.” However, if you pick up this book and see concrete examples of bullying within these clubs, that image will be fundamentally shattered. At that point, you will realize that you have already been “deceived.”

Because sports club activities are perfectly designed as “organized perpetrator breeding grounds.” That’s right – the power harassment perpetrators and sexual offenders at your workplace who surprise everyone with “I never would have imagined that person...” The ringleaders of “village ostracism” in local communities. The managers who impose unreasonable rules as if they were only natural. Where did they learn “the art of harming others”? The answer lies in their three years of sports club activities.

    ■ What this book reveals

Using the “organized, planned process” explained in Volume 1, this book thoroughly dissects how sports club activities serve as a “perfect training ground” for that process, providing case examples from both boys’ and girls’ clubs.

First, the shocking fact: sports club activities have a structure like a “criminal organization’s training camp.” To bully a victim without leaving evidence, using teamwork, one needs considerable harming techniques and skills in informing, surveillance, stalking, deception, and trickery. Otherwise, they’d be discovered immediately. Within the closed environment of club activities, harm is routinely justified under the guise of “coaching” or “tradition,” turning it into a practice field for committing harm.

Next, the shocking fact: the “methods of harm” are fundamentally different between boys’ and girls’ clubs. This book compares and analyzes the differences in methods between boys and girls, revealing them systematically for the first time.

Even more shocking is the “intergenerational chain” where former victims become the next perpetrators, driven by the logic “I was subjected to it too.” In sports club activities, violence received from seniors is repeated on juniors as “tradition.” A victim who once suffered in silence later becomes a perpetrator, saying, “I grew up by going through this too.” This very chain permanently reproduces violence in sports clubs and continues to send “organized perpetrators” out into Japanese society. This is a concept also discussed as “toughness” and “processing experiences” in Atsuo Naito’s book “The Structure of Bullying.”

Furthermore, the book also draws on the perspective of author Sandra Heferin, who, as a German-Japanese half, has continuously observed Japanese society from an outside viewpoint, in her book “Sports Club Culture (Taishu-kei): The Disease Eroding Japan.” Heferin points out a seemingly positive phrase: “No matter how bad the surrounding circumstances, if the person has motivation and guts (konjo), they can do their best and achieve anything.” But in reality, did you realize this is the most cunning logic of domination, one that “turns all of Japan’s structural pathological social problems into individual self-responsibility”? From elementary school, even after entering the company – “You’re no good because you lack guts.” How many times have you been deceived by these words?

Just hearing these fragments of facts, don’t you feel the image of “sports club culture” in your head starting to shake? However, what has been introduced here is only a part. The concrete examples of “selection criteria” that differ between boys and girls, the full picture of the multi-layered information gathering system, the dual structure of “pre-emptive defamation,” and why “collective responsibility” is the most efficient tool for mobilizing a group – all of this is systematically revealed for the first time in the main text of this book.

    ■ What you will gain from this book

After finishing this book, you will understand the true meaning hidden behind job phrases like “sports club experience welcome.” You will see how sports club activities cultivate organized perpetrators – the destruction of empathy, the habituation of shifting responsibility, and the inheritance of harm methods that leave no evidence. By understanding these processes, you will grasp the fundamental reason why bullying and power harassment never disappear from Japanese schools and workplaces.

    ■ Recommended for

Parents whose children are suffering in club activities, working adults who have experienced or are experiencing black companies, and all those who wish to understand the “strangeness” of Japanese society from a structural perspective – this book offers the key to breaking that chain.

*Note:連帯責任 (Collective responsibility / Ren-tai sekinin): A disciplinary practice where the entire group is punished for the mistake or failure of one member, used to enforce conformity and ostracize a target.

*Note:マンスプレイニング (Mansplaining): A portmanteau of "man" and "explaining," referring to the act of a man explaining something to a woman in a condescending or patronizing manner, often assuming she has no prior knowledge.

【A glimpse into the contents of this book】

    Phase 2 【Surveillance】 Specific example:
One night during the training camp, senior student C (a high-ranking member of A's entourage) sits next to A and asks, "What are you going to do in the future?" When A replies, "I want to go to university on a recommendation," the next morning C reports to the captain, the boss, "He's the type who absolutely can't quit because he's aiming for a recommendation. Moreover, he doesn't want to worry his parents, so I don't think he'll tell anyone outside."

    Phase 3 【Stalking】 Specific example:
When A comes to practice, the coach tells the other players "Good job," but keeps telling A "Not good enough." On the team bus, no one sits next to him; he's avoided. "Why me?" "If I work harder, I should be recognized"—A begins to doubt himself and practices even harder. However, the harder he works, the higher the standards become, and the situation only gets worse.

    Phase 4 【Isolation】 Specific example:
The coach tells the parents in advance during a parent-teacher conference, "A has mental issues, and it seems he's been causing trouble for the team lately..." When A tells his father that "there was violence in the club," the father, already having the preconceived notion that "he's causing trouble for the team," says, "You're getting hit because you're weak. Show some guts." Parents are easily convinced by the "lies and bad reputation" of teachers, coaches, and the school, rather than the "facts" their child tells them.

Volume.4  A New Textbook on the Structure of Bullying

〜Sexual Violence, Stalking, Groping, and Femicide Are Not Crimes of Impulse — They Are Premeditated Crimes〜

    ■ “Sexual assault is impulsive?” – Your misunderstanding continues to protect perpetrators and increase victims

“Groping is just a spur-of-the-moment thing,” “Stalking is an outburst of love” – if you think that, you have already been deceived by the perpetrators’ clever lies and, as a result, you are defending them.

    ■ The “cognitive warfare” that distorts the image of the offender

“The sex offender is a pervert lurking in a dark alley” – do you know how many victims this mistaken image has created? In reality, in approximately 87% of cases of forcible sexual intercourse, the perpetrator was “someone the victim knew.” That is, sex offenders wear the face of “ordinary people” like “a seemingly nice boss,” “a trustworthy boyfriend,” or “a reliable senior colleague.” It’s a type of “cognitive warfare” that makes women imagine a completely different type of offender, diverting their vigilance elsewhere, making it easier to deceive and assault them. Unless you know this fact, you or your loved ones could become the next target without even realizing it.

    ■ What this book reveals

Using the same framework as Volume 1, this book thoroughly reveals that sexual offenses such as sexual assault, groping, stalking, and femicide are in fact “organized, planned crimes.”

First, the shocking fact: much of groping is a “planned crime.” Not a few women mistakenly believe that “a man lost control of his sexual urges and attacked.” However, in reality, gropers pre-select specific train lines, times, and carriages as “easy environments to target,” and coldly calculate their targets: women who look timid, women alone, women standing far from the exit. The data showing that many arrested gropers are “not first-time offenders” clearly indicates that this is a “recurring, planned crime” done with the intention of repetition. Excuses like “I was overcome by the moment” or “It was impulsive” are nothing but a kind of act. Do you see the contradiction now?

Even more surprising is that, just as with bullying in Volume 2, when a victim reports sexual assault, a systematic “gag order” and “victim destruction” campaign is launched. Here again, you can see an “organized, planned process” at work.

And the most academically shocking discovery is the existence of research proving that femicide (the killing of a woman) is not a “sudden explosion of emotion” but a “planned crime.” The groundbreaking point of this research is that it clearly shows “at which stage intervention could prevent the tragedy.” Following this research, the UK has implemented a policy shift, treating “violence against women as a national threat on par with terrorism.” But what about Japan? While Japanese police are aware of this model, as seen in the Kawasaki stalking murder case, they continued to “look the other way” despite repeated consultations from the victim. This is the reality of the “Epstein Police.”

Just hearing these fragments of facts, don’t you feel your “paradigm of sexual offenses” starting to shake? However, what has been introduced here is only a part. The entire structure of sexual assault, groping, stalking, femicide – all of it is systematically revealed for the first time in the main text of this book.

    ■ What you will gain from this book

After finishing this book, you will fully understand that groping, stalking, and femicide are not “impulsive” but “designed, planned crimes.” You will realize that femicide is not a “sudden event” but a preventable crime with proper intervention. Furthermore, you will learn how to correctly analyze incidents and how to properly support victims.

    ■ Recommended for

Women who have experienced sexual violence, stalking, or groping; those who want to support family or friends who have been victimized; and those in charge of sexual assault counseling at schools or workplaces – this book offers the key to breaking that chain.

    ■ Note

*Note:フェミサイド (Femicide): The intentional killing of a woman because she is a woman. The book discusses it as a planned act, not an impulsive one.

*Note:エプスタイン・ネットワーク (Epstein Network): Refers to the sex trafficking network organized by financier Jeffrey Epstein, involving numerous wealthy and powerful individuals, used as a prime example of "organized, planned sexual exploitation."

*Note:エプスタイン警察 (Epstein Police): A derogatory term coined in the book to criticize Japanese police for allegedly protecting wealthy and powerful sex offenders (the "Epstein class") while ignoring ordinary victims.
