【A New Textbook on the Structure of Bullying】What is the real mechanism behind bullying?

    "Bullying kills people."

Yet, why haven't effective measures been taken until now? The reason is simple: because people didn't want to punish the perpetrators for fear of retaliation.

As a result, for thousands of years, a false perception prevailed, creating a system where victims were silenced and forced to suffer in silence. "Experts, schools, and teachers all lie"—this is common knowledge among victims.

This "New Textbook Series on the Structure of Bullying" finally unravels that structure—the true, correct structure.

As you'll see when you read it, I don't think there's ever been an explanation that so perfectly matches the reality of the victims. The long-standing mystery of "that cruel, mentally and physically damaging system that ignores complaints" will become crystal clear.

And once you understand the system, solutions will become clear. You no longer have to feel "I don't know what to do" or "blame yourself and suffer in silence."

Volume.1  A New Textbook on the Structure of Bullying

〜A Systematic Understanding of How Bullying Really Works〜

    ■ Why doesn’t bullying ever go away? – The answer will overturn your common sense from the ground up

The perpetrators “know they’re doing wrong and do it anyway.” They systematically erase evidence, learn from experience, and become more cunning – if you don’t know their methods, even if you or someone you care about becomes the next target, no one will notice.

    ■ “Bullying is just something that happens between kids,” or “a friction that occurs during the growing-up process” – haven’t you ever thought that way?

In fact, this very perception is the biggest reason the problem can never be solved: your mistaken understanding. Because bullying is not a child’s quarrel; it is a “malicious, planned, organized crime.” Since the phenomenon is not being understood correctly, misguided countermeasures continue to be taken, which is why bullying never goes away. This book frees you from that fundamental misunderstanding and the flawed thinking that has trapped you.

    ■ What this book reveals

This book thoroughly explains, using a framework from criminal psychology, what kind of organized, planned process bullying goes through.

First, the shocking fact: bullying has clear, escalating phases: “Selection,” “Surveillance,” “Stalking,” “Defamation (credibility destruction),” “Attack,” and “Continuous Surveillance.” This reveals that bullying is not an impulsive act. It clarifies that bullying is an organized, planned act to systematically frame and eliminate a single person.

Next, the shocking fact: the “Surveillance” phase. Just like in a spy movie, the perpetrator approaches the victim pretending to be a “friend,” extracts their secrets and weaknesses, and reports them to the group’s boss. While the victim is happy thinking “I’ve made a new friend,” behind the scenes, all that information is being handed over to the perpetrators. This is the truth behind the many testimonies that say, “I thought they were a close friend, but then I was betrayed.”

And then, even more shocking: the mystery of why victims aren’t believed even when they report the bullying. The key to solving this mystery lies in a malicious technique called “Pre-emptive Defamation.” Like in a spy movie, the perpetrators work separately to set things up before the victim even speaks up. As a result, the more the victim tells teachers or parents, “I’m being bullied,” the more they fall into a vicious cycle where people think, “That kid really does have problems after all.” This is not an accident or simple harassment.

As will be detailed in subsequent volumes, the perpetrators leave no evidence, learn and refine their methods, and continue victimizing people over long periods, or change targets and repeat bullying indefinitely. This is the reason why perpetrators go unpunished in Japanese society. Without realizing it, people are repeatedly and skillfully deceived, leading to irreversible situations.

Just hearing these fragments of facts, don’t you feel the “bullying paradigm” in your head starting to shake? However, what has been introduced here is only the tip of the iceberg. All of it is systematically revealed for the first time in the “New Textbook on the Structure of Bullying” series. First, please pick up and read just Volume 1.

    ■ What you will gain from this book

After finishing this book, you will be able to understand the essence of “bullying” from a completely different perspective. You will clearly see the mechanism by which perpetrators systematically isolate victims, corner them mentally, and drive them to suicide. You will no longer be fooled by the lies of perpetrators and “experts” who say “the victim had some responsibility too,” and you will be able to “think for yourself” about the right solutions. You will also clearly see why many of the measures taken in the name of “anti-bullying” have been ineffective and useless.

    ■ Recommended for

Victims of bullying or those who have experienced it in the past, parents of children currently suffering from bullying, and all those who truly wish to solve the problem of bullying. Someone is being targeted right at this moment. I hope that you will acquire the knowledge and wisdom to break that chain and take action to stop it.

    ■ Note

*Note:組織型犯罪 (Organized crime / Organizational crime): Refers to crime that is systematically planned and executed, often by a group, following structured rules to minimize risk of detection. This series applies the FBI's concept of "organized offender" to bullying.

*Note:組織的ターゲット化の6フェーズ (6 Phases of Organized Targeting): A six-stage process (Selection, Surveillance, Stalking, Defamation/Credibility Destruction, Attack, Continuous Surveillance) used by perpetrators to systematically target and destroy a victim.

*Note:先行的信用破壊 (Pre-emptive Defamation): A technique where perpetrators spread negative information or labels about the victim *before* the victim can speak up, ensuring that the victim's complaints are not believed later.

【A glimpse into the contents of this book】

    Phase 2 【Surveillance】Specific Examples:
Person B, a "sycophant (accomplice)," approaches the target A saying, "Let's be friends," and asks about A's family situation, such as, "Do you have someone you like?", "What's your home like?", and "Is your mother strict?". Person B reports everything to the boss via group LINE or other means without A noticing. Cruelly, the target A is actually happy, thinking, "I've made a friend."

    Phase 3 【Stalking】Specific Examples:
For example, when target A enters the classroom, the group that was laughing happily suddenly falls silent, making A feel that something is wrong. When A checks the LINE group, they might find that they have been removed without their knowledge, which is another form of harassment. A begins to doubt themselves, thinking, "Is it just my imagination...? Maybe something is wrong, am I the one who's weird?"

    Phase 4 【Isolation】Specific Examples:
The "boss (perpetrator)" spreads rumors in the class such as, "Actually, A has been badmouthing so-and-so all the time," or "Apparently, A is a kid who lies all the time." Even if A talks to the teacher, they might be brushed off with comments like, "Isn't it a case of both sides being at fault?"

Volume.2  A New Textbook on the Structure of Bullying

〜The Structure of "Mura Hachibu" (Community Ostracism) That Silences Whistleblowers and Victims, and Workplace Power Harassment〜

    ■ Why do people who report bullying get attacked instead? – The answer will overturn your common sense from the ground up.

A child loses their life to bullying. When the bereaved family speaks out, they are met with a storm of slander and defamation. Why are victims turned into perpetrators, and why do those who speak up suffer the most?

    ■ “Bullying is only a children’s problem” – aren’t you assuming that?

Even when bullying occurs, schools do not respond appropriately. Victims have their lives ruined, are forced to transfer schools, and face enormous financial burdens. Then, when they sue the perpetrators or the school, a storm of slander and defamation against the victim erupts. The reason for this is that school bullying is connected to the adult world of “village ostracism (murahachibu)” and “workplace power harassment.” That very structure is what makes resolution so difficult. The things that victims and their families were led to believe were “something strange” or “maybe it’s just my imagination” – all of these were traps of a calculated, organized cognitive warfare.

    ■ What this book reveals

This book takes the “organized, planned process” explained in the previous volume and applies it to specific examples of “destroying bullying victims” and “workplace power harassment” to clearly show how this process functions in the adult world.

First, the shocking truth: when a bullying victim reports the abuse or files a lawsuit, a systematically organized “victim-blaming” campaign begins, involving many adults. Interpreting this as a form of “village ostracism (murahachibu),” the book dissects adult bullying within local communities.

Next, the shocking truth: workplace group bullying and power harassment. In fact, the methods are exactly the same as those used by multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes. This book explains in detail how someone who leaves an MLM organization critically is subjected to slander on social media, loses their job, and loses social credibility – a tactic of “making an example” out of them. This is an intentional strategy to prevent remaining members from leaving by showing them the terror of “this is what happens if you leave.” Don’t you know someone who had a similar experience: “I was slandered badly after quitting my job” or “I was suddenly painted as the villain after leaving an organization”? That is no accident.

And the most shocking revelation of all is the existence, detailed in Chapter 4, of a “secret criminal manual for eliminating whistleblowers by exploiting occupational physicians.” This tactic, actually used in practice, uses the excuse of “for your health” to frame mentally healthy employees as having psychiatric disorders. It functions as a truly “legal elimination system.”

Just hearing these fragments of facts, don’t you feel your “perception of bullying and power harassment” starting to shake? For example, why do parents and alumni gather signatures to support a teacher who has committed misconduct? – All of the answers are systematically revealed for the first time in the main text of this book.

    ■ What you will gain from this book

After finishing this book, you will be able to fully understand the structural reasons “why whistleblowing fails.” You will also gain a perspective on how you should counter it. Furthermore, you will be able to determine for yourself which phase of workplace power harassment or village ostracism you or someone else is in, and you will gain confidence that it “wasn’t your imagination.”

    ■ Recommended for

“If you speak up, it’s over” – that fear was a systematically created trap. Even now, at this very moment, someone is being silenced. This book offers the key to breaking that chain to those considering whistleblowing or reporting bullying, those suffering from workplace power harassment, parents whose children’s bullying complaints are ignored by schools, and all adults who truly want to solve the problem of bullying.

*Note:村八分 (Murahachibu): A traditional Japanese form of communal ostracism where a community shuns a member completely, refusing almost all social interaction. In this book, it refers to organized social attacks against whistleblowers or victims.

*Note:公益通報者保護法 (Public Interest Whistleblower Protection Act): A Japanese law designed to protect whistleblowers from dismissal or other discriminatory treatment for reporting legal violations.

*Note:SLAPP訴訟 (SLAPP lawsuit): Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation. A lawsuit filed to intimidate and silence critics by burdening them with legal costs.

*Note:産業医 (Occupational Physician): A company-designated doctor responsible for managing workers' health. The book describes how this position can be abused to eliminate unwanted employees.
